Important info: We are unable to supply tents or caravans. We will do our best to put you on the unit of your choice, but we cannot guarantee this. Some units get filled up very quickly so booking early helps us. We cannot accommodate pets on site.
Day Visitors: You can book in advance for the whole week or any combination of days, please download and fill in the day visitors form and send it to us.
Payment: Booking payment by cheque or credit card only. The total price includes a registration fee which must accompany booking - adults £20, 3-17yrs £10. Half of this is a non-refundable administration fee.
Discounts: To obtain the discounted price, pay in full by one of the cut-off dates. You can do this for any or all of the party listed on your booking. Make sure your payment arrives in good time. Postmarks showing the cut-off date, or before, will be the deciding factor for late arrivals.
Balances: Pay outstanding balances in instalment or on arrival. All fees must be paid in full before entry onto the site. Payment before arrival will avoid delays on entry.
Confirmation: You will receive a letter confirming your booking which will tell you your booking number. Please quote this in any further correspondence. These will be sent out after 1st Jan '09.
Refunds: You are entitled to a full refund less the administration fee, until 1st June. We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance as after this date fees can not be refunded, but you can transfer your booking, less the administration fee, to someone else.
