As a church which is on the move with God, we realize just how vital the role of leadership is. At Kingdom Faith, we believe in investing the best of our people and resources into the training, equipping, releasing and activating of leaders.
While understanding that there are many levels of leadership within the church and the community, we also realise the power and grace of the apostolic anointing which we have here at Kingdom Faith and just how effectively that anointing can draw out our potential and release gifting and ministry.
Indeed, as a dynamic church which is growing in its influence and impact in so many areas we are seeing the tremendous benefit of gathering leaders together under such a breakthrough and faith-filled atmosphere. Coupled with some awesome teaching and inspirational training sessions, the leaders conferences are always a key time!
With the growing numbers who come along to our Regional Leadership Training days, it is clear to see that we believe we are called to help to develop strong leaders who are leading strong churches and producing strong fruit...in other words, we are stronger together.

ONE WAY LEADERS' CONFERENCE 2010
27 - 29 September 2010 | Kingdom Faith Church, Horsham
An envisioning and empowering strategic leaders' conference designed for senior leaders and their teams. Hosted by Colin and Clive Urquhart with special guest speaker Steve Penny.
Steve & Marion Penny have served the local church in Australia for many years and are well loved and respected. Steve has now stepped out by faith into a new season of Global Ministry to take God's Word to the nations. When Steve travels, his ministry is used by God to bring encouragement and direction to Churches and leaders across the globe. Steve's ability to distil truth and present it in a powerful yet engaging and often humorous way - results in many people saying, "Yes! To Jesus" through his ministry.
