THE STORY UNTIL TODAY
Colin Urquhart laid the foundations of what has become Kingdom Faith in the late 1970’s, when he moved from being an Anglican vicar in Luton to a speaker travelling the world.
The Bethany Fellowship formed as a community to support Colin and his family, based in the Hyde, a large house in Sussex. Within a few years the Fellowship had grown in number and began to develop a worship life of its own and its name was changed to Kingdom Faith.
Roffey Place was purchased in 1983 and Kingdom Faith College opened to students in January 1984. In 1992 Kingdom Faith Church began and was based at Roffey Place but soon outgrew the College premises.
The National Revival Centre, a former factory, was leased and renovated in August 1994 as the new church building. The building was purchased by Kingdom Faith Church in March 2002.
